Refund Policy
We want you to love your invitation. If something is not right, write to us and we will fix it or give your money back under the rules below.
Bought on holavite.com
- Within 14 days of payment, if you are not happy for any reason and no guest has replied on your site yet, we refund you in full.
- At any time, if your site does not work because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix within a few days, we refund you in full.
- After guests have started replying, the invitation has been used, so we cannot refund it, but we will always help you change or fix anything.
- A printable-only invitation is refunded within 14 days if the file has a problem we cannot fix.
To ask for a refund, email hello@holavite.com from the address you used for the order, or include your dashboard link. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Bought on Etsy
Orders placed on Etsy are refunded through Etsy under the same rules. Message us on Etsy or by email with your order number.
Before a chargeback
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank. We answer quickly, and a refund from us is faster than a dispute.
