Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Holavite when you create an invitation website, pay for one or use it. Please read them before you buy.
About these terms
Holavite is run by Wism Corp Ltd, 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Fin009, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom. By creating a site, paying or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Holavite.
The service
Holavite makes an invitation website for your event, with RSVP, a private dashboard for the host, emails about replies and a share pack (images, a short video and a printable PDF). We may improve or change features, but we will not take away what you paid for while your site is live.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you create a site for someone else, for example a family member, you confirm that they agree.
Your dashboard link
After you create a site you get a private dashboard link. It works like a key: anyone who has it can see the replies and edit the site. Keep it private. If you lose it, we can send it again to the email used for the order.
Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments on our site are processed by Stripe; taxes may be added where the law requires. If you buy through our Etsy shop, Etsy’s terms also apply to the purchase. Promo codes can be used once and have no cash value.
Delivery and your right of withdrawal
Your site is digital content, published right after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By asking us to publish your site immediately, you agree that we start right away and you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the site is published. Our Refund Policy still applies on top of that.
How long your site stays live
Your site stays online until 12 months after the event date. After that we may take it offline and delete it together with the guest replies. Download anything you want to keep, such as the replies in CSV, before then. A printable-only purchase includes the invitation file but no website.
Your content
You keep the rights to the text and photos you add. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, adapt and display that content only to run your site and the service. We do not use your invitation in our advertising without your permission.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload and that the people whose details you add, including guests whose emails you enter, are fine with it.
Designs and AI-generated content
Our templates, artwork, fonts setup, software and the Holavite name belong to us or our licensors. Some artwork and texts are generated with AI. They may contain mistakes or resemble existing works, so review your invitation before sharing it. You may use your invitation, its images and its printable file for your own event, including printing them. You may not resell them or use them to offer a competing service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Holavite for anything illegal, hateful, harassing or misleading, for spam, for sexual content, to impersonate someone, to collect data you have no right to, or to attack, overload or copy the service. We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable we will tell you first. A site removed for a serious breach is not refunded.
Availability
We work to keep Holavite online and fast, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers. The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the event itself, for whether guests come or for the accuracy of what guests enter.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the site in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Ending
You can stop using Holavite at any time and ask us to delete your site. We may suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most problems are solved quickly that way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top. A purchase is governed by the version in force when you made it, unless a later change is required by law.
