Cookie Policy
Holavite uses very few cookies and no advertising or cross-site tracking. This page lists what we store in your browser and why.
Cookies we set
- hv_code (30 days): remembers the access or promo code from your Etsy instructions, so you do not have to type it again. Strictly necessary.
- Admin session (30 days): keeps our own staff signed in to the admin area. Not set for anyone else.
Other storage in your browser
- hv_sid and hv_src in session storage (deleted when you close the tab): a random id and the website or campaign that brought you, used for our own visit statistics.
- hv_src in local storage (30 days): the last campaign that brought you, so a purchase made later can be counted for it.
- Local storage for your answers in the creation chat and small display preferences, so a page reload does not lose your work.
- hv_ok in local storage: your choice in the cookie notice, if you were shown one.
Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and the visit statistics stay off until they accept. Everyone else can turn them off in the browser by clearing site data or blocking storage; the site keeps working.
Third parties
- Cloudflare: hosting and bot protection (Turnstile) may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
- Stripe: the payment page runs on Stripe’s domain and uses Stripe’s cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Google Fonts and the Google Maps venue map are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address. The map on an invitation may set Google cookies.
- YouTube or Vimeo load only if a host adds a video and you tap play.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary ones may break parts of the site, such as payment. To change your choice in the cookie notice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page.
